At PT Insera Sena, the manufacturer behind Polygon Bikes, we produce over 1 million high-quality bicycles and e-bikes annually, promoting sustainable urban mobility across Indonesia and the world. By making eco-friendly transport accessible, we reduce CO₂ emissions, ease traffic congestion, and encourage healthier lifestyles — contributing directly to UN SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities) and SDG 13 (Climate Action).

We are looking for a passionate Remote Chat Manager to lead our customer support team and deliver exceptional real-time assistance to cyclists and partners globally. You’ll manage live chat operations on our e-commerce platforms and websites, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability.

Your key missions:

Lead and train a team of chat agents
Handle escalated customer inquiries with empathy and expertise
Optimize chat workflows, response times, and customer satisfaction metrics
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to promote sustainable cycling solutions
Analyze chat data to improve user experience and drive conversions

Profile

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused professional with:

2+ years of experience in live chat management or customer support leadership (e-commerce or retail preferred)
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); additional languages (Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus
Strong leadership and team coaching abilities
Proficiency with chat platforms (Zendesk, LiveChat, Intercom, etc.) and CRM systems
Analytical mindset with experience in KPIs and reporting
Passion for sustainability, cycling, or eco-friendly products is a strong advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chats effectively
