Job Responsibilities
Conduct analysis and implementation of all activities and processes for procurement of goods and/or services so that company operations can run well in accordance with established SOPs and company policies.
- Implementing the strategic plans and policies for the procurement process in the Company to be in accordance with OKR, target and company's needs.
- Conducting planning and analyzing data and information related to the procurement mechanism for goods and/or services, including the preparation of tender documents for evaluation of offers, awarding contracts, budgets, schedules, risk management and supporting documents needed in the process so that it runs effectively and efficiently, in accordance with applicable standard operational procedures (SOP) and Company policies.
- Analyzing and managing all procurement contracts for goods and/or services including changes to contracts, dispute resolution and administration to minimize contract violations.
- Analyzing vendor performance and checking vendor compliance with the delivery of goods and/or services against the provisions of the contract including the specification and schedules that have been agreed.
- Regularly reporting the procurement process (on schedule, on budget and on time) and problem solving solutions that will impact the continuity of procurement needs in the project
- Providing support and assistance needed by Sub-ordinates if there are problems in the Procurement process for the procurement of goods and/or services.
