Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify, and target new business opportunities within the B2B market, including corporate clients, factories, and commercial buildings.
  • Educate potential clients on the benefits of solar energy solutions and how they can achieve long-term savings with solar panel installations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including proposal creation, contract negotiation, and project follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with product and operation teams to provide customized energy solutions that meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Track sales performance, manage leads and opportunities, and report regularly on sales progress and forecasts.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and opening up opportunities for future sales.
Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Engineering/Renewable Energy/Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven B2B sales experience, with a strong preference for experience in the solar, energy, or related industries.
  • Deep understanding of solar technology and its benefits for businesses and industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to present complex technical information in an accessible and persuasive way.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in English, Microsoft Office, google sheets, and presentations tools.
  • Own transportation and a valid SIM C/A driving license.
