Description of the mission

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation of our NADI (Node of Advanced Decarbonized Infrastructure) project, supported by BPDLH/LCDI-ITF.

This position combines project management and technical oversight, focusing on electric motorcycle conversions, solar PV and battery storage systems, EV charging infrastructure, and sustainable mobility facilities. The ideal candidate has strong engineering expertise, project leadership skills, and experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and government stakeholders.

🔬 Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Coordination

Lead project planning, implementation, budgeting, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
Coordinate internal teams, technical partners, contractors, and suppliers.
Manage project risks, procurement processes, and compliance with donor requirements.

Technical Supervision & Quality Assurance

Review technical designs and specifications for solar PV, battery storage, EV charging, and infrastructure development.
Supervise construction, equipment installation, motorcycle conversion activities, and technical inspections.
Evaluate vendor performance, technical proposals, and procurement costs to ensure quality and value for money.

Regulatory Compliance & Stakeholder Engagement

Coordinate technical permits, electrical safety certifications, and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with PLN, government agencies, technical consultants, and project partners.

Monitoring, Reporting & Project Delivery

Monitor project milestones, technical performance, and environmental impact indicators.
Oversee monitoring, reporting, and verification (MRV) activities.
Prepare progress reports and technical documentation for su-re.co management and BPDLH.
Ensure project deliverables are properly tested, documented, and handed over.

Profile

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in engineering, infrastructure, renewable energy, or technical project management.
Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects, contractors, procurement, and budgets.
Strong understanding of solar PV, battery storage, electrical systems, and civil or mechanical infrastructure.
Familiarity with electric vehicles, motorcycle conversion, and EV charging infrastructure.
Knowledge of Indonesian technical regulations, permitting, and safety standards.
Experience working with government-funded or international donor projects is an advantage.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Able to work independently, supervise field activities, and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Willing to work primarily on-site in Bali and travel between project locations.
Holds a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C).
