Reach and Renew Mission (RRM) is a Cambodian Christian organization carrying forward the long legacy of World Relief Cambodia. RRM partners with local churches to serve communities in both word and deed. We believe local churches are called to be active participants in bringing spiritual, social, and relational transformation to their communities. We work alongside churches to strengthen their vision, unity, leadership, and practical ministry.

Job Responsibilities & Duties

Strengthen program design, logical frameworks, indicators, and theory of change development
Lead RRM’s monitoring systems, reporting processes, and data quality improvement efforts
Support the use of digital tools and technology for data collection, analysis, and reporting
Conduct and support qualitative and quantitative assessments and evaluations
Strengthen accountability systems, complaints and feedback mechanisms (CFM), and responsible data practices
Facilitate learning and reflection activities that help teams improve program quality
Train and support staff in monitoring, reporting, data collection, and accountability processes
Support proposal development, donor reporting, and organizational learning

Profile

Job Requirements

Languages:

Khmer - Good
English - Good

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Development studies, statistics, economics, social sciences, public health, research methods, or a related field

Work History:

DMEAL, MEAL, research, program quality, or related work for 3 to 5 years as a minimum

Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills

Experience developing monitoring systems, indicators, assessments, and reporting tools
Strong skills in data collection, analysis, reporting, and facilitation
Ability to communicate in both Khmer and English, including writing reports for management and donors
Experience with NGO or community development work is preferred
Alignment with RRM’s Christian mission and Statement of Faith
