Position Overview

We're on the hunt for a visionary Key Account Manager to spearhead our mission of nurturing deep, impactful relationships with our top-tier clients. This role is not just about managing accounts, it's about leading with insight, fostering trust, and driving strategic growth that aligns with our core values of sustainability

Your Role and Impact

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of key clients, ensuring they receive tailored solutions that meet their needs and objectives.
  • Understand and align with our clients' business goals to propose solutions that optimize their IT infrastructure while emphasizing sustainability and cost efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring timely communication and resolution of any challenges or concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met with the highest standard of service and products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key accounts to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and present reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts to stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations to both clients and our internal team.

  • A strategic thinker with a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field, and over 5 years of experience in key account management, ideally within the tech or sustainability field.
  • A proven leader in nurturing and expanding key client relationships, with a flair for persuasive communication and strategic negotiation.
  • Deeply knowledgeable about IT, technology leasing, and sustainability, ready to lead discussions and offer solutions that set industry benchmarks.
  • A team player who thrives in collaborative environments, driven to innovate and elevate our client experience
