Revolution is leading the way in sustainable plastics and circular solutions, creating real environmental impact while driving business growth. We are seeking a Sustainability Strategy Intern to join our team this summer and help translate sustainability performance into measurable customer value and long-term strategic advantage.
This 10-12 week paid internship offers mentorship from experienced leaders, hands-on exposure to sustainability strategy, measurement, and reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Circularity, and Regulatory teams. Interns will have the unique opportunity to present their insights and recommendations to senior leadership, gaining high-impact experience in shaping the future of sustainability at Revolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of customer-centric sustainability frameworks that demonstrate value in retention, growth, and differentiation
- Analyze current sustainability metrics, reporting structures, and customer-facing materials to identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct research on regulatory developments, including recycled content laws, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), and end-market requirements
- Develop actionable recommendations for aligning sustainability metrics and reporting with customer and regulatory priorities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability insights into commercial and operational initiatives
- Contribute to the creation of a sustainability roadmap for the upcoming fiscal year
