Help us build the largest connected recycling network in the Philippines.
As Rezbin’s Network Development Lead, you’ll be responsible for building the collection network that powers our recycling ecosystem.
Your mission is to identify, onboard, and grow our recycling partner network, primarily junkshops, that make recycling more accessible and efficient.
Every partner you bring on serves two important purposes:
- A Collection Partner – collecting recyclables from nearby corporate clients using the Rezbin platform.
- A Public Drop-off Station – allowing nearby individuals and communities to conveniently drop off recyclables through the Rezbin app.
You’ll spend much of your time in the field meeting junkshop owners, understanding how they operate, building trust, and helping them adopt Rezbin’s platform. But this isn’t just about signing up partners; it’s about building a network that works.
As one of the first people in this function, you’ll help shape how Rezbin expands across the Philippines. You’ll identify opportunities, solve operational challenges, gather insights from the field, and help create the systems and playbook that will allow us to scale.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and onboard junkshops and other collection partners into the Rezbin network.
- Activate partners as both public recycling drop-off stations and collection partners for nearby corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with junkshop owners, collectors, LGUs, barangays, and other ecosystem stakeholders.
- Strategically expand the network by planning field visits and prioritizing high-impact areas.
- Match corporate clients with the most suitable nearby collection partners.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend practical, cost-effective improvements.
- Gather market insights and relay customer feedback to improve our product and operations.
- Develop and refine the processes that will help Rezbin scale its recycling partner network nationwide.
- Track partner activity and identify ways to increase adoption and engagement.
