Entrepreneurship in the territories: is it the right time?
As Field Activation Coordinator, you’ll lead the setup and success of new Rezbin locations, and help us grow smarter when we’re not actively deploying.
Your role includes:
- Being the on-ground point of contact during deployment and early adoption phases.
- Coordinating with internal teams (accounts, ops, marketing) for a seamless onboarding process.
- Ensuring committed collectors for each deployed Rezbin bin (informal waste collectors, haulers, NGOs, etc.).
- Coordinating and overseeing the installation of QR codes, signage, and other materials on newly launched Rezbin sites.
- Conducting on-site orientations with partner organizations or employees.
- Researching and mapping potential collector partners and deployment sites
- Supporting Biz Dev with field research, interviews, or community visits.
- Gathering insights and documenting field experiences to improve our activation playbook.
- Maintaining records of deployments, trainings, and collector arrangements.
- Help identify challenges and opportunities for intervention.
