Job Description
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by recruit, identify, research and analyze
- Drive execution of new business initiatives across RISE’s platform which focus on People Transformation and Leadership transformation.
- Contribute to the ideation process to build the strategic plan for new and existing companies that address client’s business challenges.
- Identify, negotiate and close all business deals
- Manage sales pipeline and influences lead sourcing process.
- Develop the network of external partners with key stakeholders across industries
- Manage end to end communication across the internal team
