Company Description

RISE Intervention Programme Sdn Bhd provides a comprehensive Early Intervention Programme for children on the Autism Spectrum Disorder. The center aims to prepare children for admission into mainstream learning institutions by offering individualized education plans. RISE focuses on bridging competency gaps to instill confidence and help children realize their full potential. The program includes play-based learning for toddlers and structured learning environments for early intervention to improve communication and gross motor development.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Special Needs Educator located in Petaling Jaya. The Special Needs Educator will be responsible for teaching and managing a range of educational activities tailored for children with autism. Daily tasks include creating and implementing individualized education plans, preparing teaching materials, monitoring progress, and working closely with other staff to prepare children for mainstream education. The educator will also focus on improving children's communication and motor skills through structured learning and play-based activities.

Qualifications

Experience in Special Education and Teaching
Knowledge of working with Disabilities and understanding Autism Spectrum Disorder
Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff
Experience in teaching middle school children is a plus
Relevant educational qualifications, such as a degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related fields
Patience, compassion, and a strong commitment to inclusive education
