ROLE PURPOSE
Rivers & Rights works with river dependent communities and their allies across Southeast Asia and beyond to assert rights to dignified livelihoods and healthy river ecosystems, create the pressure needed for accountability for violations of community and environmental rights and collectively mobilize to overcome oppression and injustices. We hope these efforts will contribute to advancing a future where river dependent communities are thriving with dignity, positioned to protect healthy ecosystems from extractivism and peoples’ rights are protected and promoted.
We are looking for an individual with a creative knack and a passion for environmental and social justice concerns in the Mekong region to take on designing and laying out project reports and other organizational materials as well as developing accompanying infographics in Thai, English as well as potentially other regional languages. If this sounds like you or someone you know, check out the details below.
