Scope of Work

  • Vietnam Marketing Plan: Understand the Vietnam country plan - sales priorities, operational milestones, seasonal rhythms. Your job is to identify where marketing and branding can add the most value to what's already happening, and build a local marketing plan around that.
  • Campaign execution: Roll out campaigns aligned with the Vietnam plan - compliance messaging, farmer retention content, seasonal advisory posts, Xylo broadcasts, and digital/trade marketing activities through Zalo, social media, and localized MarCom to engage cooperatives and farmers. Collect, track, and report the performance and effectiveness of content and campaigns to support optimization and future planning.
  • Content coordination: Work with the central marketing team to design, localise, and translate assets - mascot reels, PSA messages, advisory content, briefed by the Vietnam team and built collaboratively.
  • Field surveys: Go into the field. Talk to farmers and field agents. Validate what messaging and campaigns will actually land before anything goes live.
  • Content calendar: Maintain a monthly posting schedule anchored to Vietnam's priorities. Track basic performance and share a brief monthly summary.
  • Social media: Manage Rize's Vietnam accounts, Facebook, Instagram, Xylo, TikTok. Post consistently in Vietnamese and keep the community engaged.
  • Field Surveys & Research: Conduct field visits, farmer surveys, and basic market research to validate messaging, gather insights, and support campaign planning.
  • Field Marketing Support: Support field teams in executing farmer engagement and on-ground marketing activities to strengthen community engagement and brand awareness.

Profile

What We're Looking For

  • A high-energy, self-starting marketing enthusiast who is eager to learn by doing.
  • 0-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Branding, Social Media, Communications, or related fields; high-potential early-career candidates are welcome.
  • Basic design and analytical skills, including familiarity with tools such as Canva, Capcut AI, Photoshop, and the ability to track/report campaign performance.
  • Strong English, written and spoken, daily coordination with the central team is in English.
  • A solid feel for marketing and branding fundamentals, you understand what makes a message land.
  • Comfortable on the ground, conversations with farmers, field agents, and local communities are a real part of this role.
  • Organised, reliable, and good with deadlines without needing to be chased.
  • Genuine interest in agriculture, climate, or rural development, this will make the work feel meaningful, not just useful.
