The candidate’s responsibility will be to work closely with VP Operations and Senior Agronomist. You will lead the development and commercialization of a scalable, profitable, affordable and competitive specialized services tailored for oil palm smallholders. Your aim will be to empower smallholders, boost their productivity, and drive profitability through our game-changing solutions. You will be responsible to:
● Develop new and innovative services and oversee the implementation of existing service offerings, including agronomy services, leaf sampling, fertilizer recommendations, and training centre.
● Collaborate with agronomy experts to ensure our services are based on the latest scientific research and are tailored to the specific needs of oil palm smallholders.
● Design and execute scalable, affordable and competitive business strategies, market and sell services to smallholders, focusing on value proposition and customer
satisfaction.
● Manage the service delivery team to ensure high-quality and efficient service execution.
● Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services, making adjustments to offerings as necessary to meet revenue and profitability goals.
● Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including smallholders, industry experts, and governmental bodies.
● Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
