The Role: Mining, Minerals and Metals Business Analyst
Overview: The role’s primary responsibility is to support the Strategy, Marketing & Technology team by providing detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the segment.
What will you do?
Leads Generation & Ad-Hoc Reports
- Extracts report Opportunities/Projects from Bridge Front Office/Salesforce and third-party databases and provides analysis.
- Creates dashboards and/or summary in MS Excel and tableau for stakeholders in Mining, Minerals and Metals sectors, including Industrial Automation, Energy Management, and AVEVA leaders.
Business Case Management
- Provides support to the Global Solution Architects, Business Development Managers, and Sales team in the Mining, Minerals, and Metals segment for targeted initiatives.
- Creates presentation and review of assigned projects and/or companies from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial and technological risks.
Annual Market Review (AMR)/Potential Accessible Market (PAM)
- Collaborates with the Corporate, Regional & Country Strategy teams in setting next business year’s Market Share, Sales Forecasts and Goals per country, region & business group for the segment.
Account Incubation Analysis
- Compiles information on current clients to assess their eligibility for promotion to a higher key account status by reviewing financial performance and evaluating potential projects and risks.
Marketing Campaigns
- Assists the Mining, Minerals, and Metals Marketing team by providing essential data for campaigns, such as company key leaders/contacts and project information.
