Scholars of Sustenance (SOS) Philippines is looking for a dedicated Finance and Regulatory Compliance Officer to support our financial operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements as we continue our mission of reducing food waste and addressing food insecurity.

Who We Are

Scholars of Sustenance (SOS) Philippines, Inc. is a registered non-profit environmental organization addressing food waste and food insecurity through food rescue and hunger relief programs.

Role Overview

This is a full-time role based in Quezon City. The Finance and Regulatory Compliance Officer will handle day-to-day finance, accounting, and bookkeeping tasks, while ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. This role is essential in keeping our operations transparent, accountable, and sustainable.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily finance, accounting, and bookkeeping tasks

• Manage records using QuickBooks

• Prepare and process tax calculations and filings

• Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements

• Support accurate financial reporting and documentation

Profile

Qualifications / Requirements

• Graduate of a finance and/or accounting-related course

• With experience in QuickBooks

• Knowledgeable in tax calculation, filing, and bookkeeping

• CPA is an advantage, but not required
