About the Role
We are seeking a Corporate Engagement Manager to lead our outreach to companies in Vietnam, helping them adopt meaningful animal welfare commitments. You'll be building relationships with businesses in industries like poultry production, food manufacturing, and retail, and guiding them through the process of improving their animal welfare standards.
This is a pivotal role in a new organisation working on a neglected but important cause. You'll have significant ownership over your work and the opportunity to directly shape our approach and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify and prioritise companies to engage based on their potential impact on animal welfare
- Reach out to and build relationships with decision-makers at key companies
- Communicate the case for animal welfare commitments persuasively
- Negotiate commitments and support companies through implementation
- Track engagement progress and maintain relationships with corporate partners
- Contribute to corporate strategy development and refine our engagement approach based on what works
