JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Senior Consultant, you will lead project execution and supervise a team of local consultants, focusing on project management and quality control. You will also drive business development to generate new project opportunities. Your responsibilities include contributing to studies, conducting cost-benefit analyses, producing sector reports, leading field surveys, organizing training, and ensuring quality reporting to senior management, while actively supporting project implementation.
Project Management (60%)
- Lead projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and client support.
- Supervise the project team and Sevea consultants, ensuring their development, mentoring, and training.
- Manage relationships with clients and other external stakeholders throughout the project.
- Ensure that project key performance indicators (client satisfaction, timeline, costs, billing, and profitability) are met.
Business Development (25%)
- Manage and supervise commercial proposals.
- Manage client relationships to understand their needs, identify opportunities for value creation, and promote Sevea’s expertise.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities through ongoing client relationships and professional networking.
- Meet internal performance indicators for business development and revenue generation.
Internal Development (15%)
- With the help of our recruitment team, anticipate recruitment of collaborators for each assignment (interns, full- or part-time employees, short-term consultants), onboarding, personnel management, succession planning, etc.
- Lead or participate in internal working groups focused on areas such as sectoral committees, business development, knowledge management, digital transformation, HR, and marketing.
- Assume other internal responsibilities as needed.
