Description of the mission

Overall Job Responsibility

As a Senior Manager in the Learning and Organisational Development team, you will co-develop and implement learning, organisational development (OD) and change management interventions to support SG Enable’s transformation and build a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organisational Development
  • Work closely with senior management and Transformation Office to co-develop and implement organisational effectiveness initiatives through people-centric change management, culture shaping, and capability building interventions to facilitate adoption of new processes, tools and systems to support SG Enable’s 5-Year Enterprise Plan
  • Design and facilitate change management initiatives, communication plan, and staff engagement sessions to achieve change outcomes and high staff engagement levels
  • Gather insights from organisation data such as the biennial employee engagement survey, pulse surveys, 360 -degree aggregate feedback, exit interviews, stakeholders’ feedback and direct observations to diagnose organisation gaps, recommend and implement solutions to improve organisation performance and staff engagement
  • Build up the capabilities of internal change agents and work with them to augment OD and change efforts
  • Learning and Development
  • Identify emerging capabilities to build future-ready skills, and partner with Divisions to implement relevant programmes
  • Partner stakeholders to review and implement competency frameworks, learning roadmaps and career development pathways for various job families, including specialist tracks
  • Manage partnerships with learning vendors / consultants to ensure deliverables meet the intended outcomes

Profile

Qualifications, Knowledge And Experience

  • Degree holder, preferably in HR / Organisational Development
  • Possess at least 6 years of experience in Learning, Organisational Development and / or Change Management
  • Strong ability to connect the dots and synthesise information effectively to inform decision-making
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Strong project and vendor management skills
