Overall Job Responsibility

The Enabling Academy proactively shapes the Continuing Education and Training ecosystem for persons with disabilities to lift their potentials for employment and independent living across their life stages.

We create inclusive learning pathways for them in close partnership with employers, sector partners and training providers, while equipping their caregivers and employers with skills that matters to better support them.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Training Administration & Quality Assurance
  • Support end‑to‑end administration of training programmes to strengthen capabilities and enhance learning outcomes.
  • Manage course logistics, including liaison with partners on finance matters, registration, enrolment, attendance tracking, outcomes reporting and evaluations.
  • Monitor training quality and participant feedback to identify improvements and drive continuous enhancement of delivery and impact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for training‑related enquiries.
  • Venue Operations & Coordination
  • Plan, coordinate and oversee venue operations for training programmes, workshops and events.
  • Ensure training spaces are properly prepared and operational standards are met.
  • Liaise with vendors and support teams (security, logistics, AV, facilities) to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  • Reporting, Data & Continuous Improvement
  • Prepare regular reports on training participation, funding utilisation and programme outcomes for internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Use data and insights to optimise operational processes, resource allocation and participant experience.
  • Additional Responsibilities
  • Support invoice processing, financial documentation, and adherence to data, quality and service policies within the division.
  • Manage and maintain document repository, ensuring data integrity, security, and timely updates to support operational efficiency and audit readiness
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned to advance organisational objectives, enhance operational effectiveness and strengthen stakeholder satisfaction

Profile

Qualifications, Knowledge And Experience

  • Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum three years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of the disability sector or training/education industry is advantageous
  • Familiarity with the adult learning or CET ecosystem is a strong advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build partnerships.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including SOP development, outcomes monitoring and process improvement.
  • Highly organised, meticulous, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience working with systems for finance and training administration.
  • Adaptive, resourceful and a team player with initiative and a growth mindset.
