➔ Description of the mission

Role Summary

The Project Coordinator ensures smooth delivery of Sidekick’s high-profile, donor-funded communications projects (e.g., UN agencies, international NGOs, and social impact organizations). They will be the engine behind day-to-day operations, coordinating across teams, partners, and clients to make sure deliverables are on time, aligned with Sidekick’s creative style, and responsive to donor requirements.

This is not a generic coordination role — it requires someone who can navigate international organizations, manage multiple stakeholders, and keep creative teams on track while understanding the nuances of issue-based campaigns in Thailand and Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the main point of contact with UN, international NGOs and partner organizations; manage communication flow between clients, internal teams, and external consultants.
  • Project Management: Track workplans, deliverables, approvals, and deadlines; update Gantt charts; prepare progress reports; ensure all outputs meet donor requirements and Sidekick’s quality standards.
  • Team Coordination: Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, keep notes and action lists; ensure follow-up across creative, research, and production teams.
  • Content & Campaign Literacy: Understand the flow of creative campaigns — from research and messaging to design, media buying, podcast production, and social media rollouts — and help translate these into timelines and deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance: Support Project Lead in reviewing draft outputs (presentations, reports, comms materials) for clarity, tone, and donor compliance before submission.
  • Logistics & Admin: Manage contracting, invoicing coordination, file management, and travel/field arrangements when required.
  • Monitoring Support: Assist in collecting analytics, engagement data, and feedback loops to inform reports and learning documents
