How You’ll Make An Impact

  • lead and manage the project management team for STG service business in region Asia Pacific, provide guidance and support
  • develop and implement project management strategies, processes and methodologies to build a strong and flexible PM organization
  • oversee the planning and execution of service projects with strong focus on timelines, cost control, and resources
  • collaborate with internal and external collaborators, including factories, contractors and clients
  • ensure close collaboration with headquarter, regional sales- and service operations team and focus on transparency and effective communication to all partners and team members
  • foster a culture of continues improvement within the project management team
  • ensure implementation of EQS requirements- and culture
  • build and develop partnerships with external companies to strengthen local footprint for repair- and refurbishment activities in Japan
  • identify the needs and implement a solid team development plan
  • P&L responsibility for regional projects and for customer satisfaction (NPS)
  • manage the Regional Order Management (OM) team members
Profile

What You Bring

  • proven experience in rotating equipment, engineering, project management or other related discipline of at least10 years, preferably in the energy-industry
  • proven experience as Team Manager / Leader and solid experience in team development and management of diverse teams
  • project management certification is a plus
  • overall understanding of turbine service business, maintenance scope and customer expectation
  • excellent interpersonal skills, attitude and ability to communicate effectively to various collaborators at all levels
  • self-motivated and able to work on own initiative and within a team environment
  • conceptual thinking, analytical competence, and skills of problem recognition- and solving
