How You’ll Make An Impact
- lead and manage the project management team for STG service business in region Asia Pacific, provide guidance and support
- develop and implement project management strategies, processes and methodologies to build a strong and flexible PM organization
- oversee the planning and execution of service projects with strong focus on timelines, cost control, and resources
- collaborate with internal and external collaborators, including factories, contractors and clients
- ensure close collaboration with headquarter, regional sales- and service operations team and focus on transparency and effective communication to all partners and team members
- foster a culture of continues improvement within the project management team
- ensure implementation of EQS requirements- and culture
- build and develop partnerships with external companies to strengthen local footprint for repair- and refurbishment activities in Japan
- identify the needs and implement a solid team development plan
- P&L responsibility for regional projects and for customer satisfaction (NPS)
- manage the Regional Order Management (OM) team members
