How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Execute the projects to meet the required standard of quality (time, budget, functionality) and ensure business success.
  • Review the onshore/offshore contract scope for the erection/commissioning/warranty.
  • Build, grow and maintain strong customer relationship.
  • Have to Interface with the Engineering & Resource Managers from Siemens Energy and the External Customers for the planning and executing of the erection/commissioning/warranty activities.
  • Identify and coordinate the resource dispatch with our Back Office team for the engineers inbound to Indonesia.
  • Attend the customer meetings to discuss the site issues related with SE and share the right information with the back-office teams.
  • Hire a sub-contractor, supply & secure the resources on the plan to complete the outage activities, if required.
  • Planning support will be provided for the outages occurring during the warranty period in Indonesia.
  • Support the development of sub-contractor resources including establishment of Frame Agreements, collecting evaluation feedback

What You Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering / technology.
  • Execute the projects to meet the required standard of quality (time, budget, functionality) and ensure business success.
  • Review the onshore/offshore contract scope for the erection, commissioning, and warranty.
  • Build, grow, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Have to interface with the engineering & resource Managers from Siemens Energy and the External Customers for the planning and executing of the erection, commissioning, and warranty activities.
  • Identify and coordinate the resource dispatch with our Back Office team for the engineers inbound to Indonesia.
