Description
The Fundraising & Communications Support Officer will support the preparation and implementation of the SIMPLE VR Contest, with a particular focus on sponsorship development, and event promotion.
This position will work closely with the SIMPLE team, especially with the communication officer, and project partners.
Scope of work
- Actively engage in fundraising efforts and sponsorship outreach for the VR contest, including identifying potential sponsors, building the sponsorship packages, contractualising with the sponsors and communicating with them
- Support general communication activities on the VR Contest, with a focus on graphic design and visual content for communication products;
- Assist in public relations (PR) tasks, including coordinating information and materials among project partners;
- Support the organization and coordination of external events, workshops, and activities related to the VR contest;
- Assist with content creation of the VR contest for websites, social media platforms, and project reports.
