Description of the mission

Description

The Fundraising & Communications Support Officer will support the preparation and implementation of the SIMPLE VR Contest, with a particular focus on sponsorship development, and event promotion.

This position will work closely with the SIMPLE team, especially with the communication officer, and project partners.

Scope of work

Actively engage in fundraising efforts and sponsorship outreach for the VR contest, including identifying potential sponsors, building the sponsorship packages, contractualising with the sponsors and communicating with them
Support general communication activities on the VR Contest, with a focus on graphic design and visual content for communication products;
Assist in public relations (PR) tasks, including coordinating information and materials among project partners;
Support the organization and coordination of external events, workshops, and activities related to the VR contest;
Assist with content creation of the VR contest for websites, social media platforms, and project reports.

Profile

Requirements

Skills

Experience in fundraising and sponsorship outreach activities
Fluent in English, with strong written communication skills
Experience in event organisation and promotion
Awareness of and interest in sustainable development is a plus

Attitudes

Ability to work in a team in a multicultural environment.
Willingness to learn, and openness to exploring diverse communications approaches.
