Entrepreneurship in the territories: is it the right time?
We are looking for experienced, savvy Accounting Analyst to be involved in all aspects of accounting for our ambitious and impactful global client partners. You will be working from the transactional level through the financial statements level, using the latest in cloud computing technology. You will work on three to six clients at the same time, gaining and sharing a breadth and depth of experience.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting and Bookkeeping
- Accounts Payable invoice and payments processing and expense coding
- Accounts Receivable invoicing and collection
- Payroll run and accounting
- Completion of Month End journals and closing adjustments
- Bank Reconciliations
- Revenue Recognition, grant management, and expense classes set-up
- General Ledger review
- Preparation, completion, and submission of monthly financial reports
Client Service
- Actively communicate with clients through email daily
- Actively participate during client calls
- Identify or escalate significant risks and be able to problem-solve independently or provide recommended possible solution
- Bring good ideas for process improvement and client satisfaction and delight
- Manage projects and other ad-hoc requests from clients
- Accounts Receivable invoicing and collection
- Payroll run and accounting
- Completion of Month End journals and closing adjustments
- Bank Reconciliations
- Revenue Recognition, grant management, and expense classes set-up
- General Ledger review
- Preparation, completion, and submission of monthly financial reports
