The Role

As our Founder's Associate in the Growth team, you’ll work across the full growth cycle: refining our marketing strategy, identifying opportunities, building partnerships, generating leads, speaking with customers, negotiating deals, and helping turn opportunities into real projects that we build. This is a highly hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of initiatives, work directly with decision-makers, and contribute across different parts of the business (sales, marketing, project management, overall company strategy). You will work closely with the Growth team and our CEO and CFO who previously worked for McKinsey, Google and BlackRock.

You’ll play a key role in helping businesses in Vietnam save money with solar and build up a young company from the ground up. This is a fast-paced role for people who are looking to challenge themselves and grow quickly. We are an ambitious company and are looking for hard-working dedicated people who want to have real impact together with an excellent team.

Profile

What we look for in you:

Experience or interest in working, managing and optimizing a sales growth funnel
Customer-first mindset - you’re energized by talking to people and confident when speaking with business owners, handling objections, and winning them over
Drive - you are someone who is eager to achieve your goals and thrive in a fast-paced build-test-learn-iterate environment
1-3 years of experience in a relevant role, ideally in a fast-paced startup, corporate or in a growth/business development/performance marketing area
You are a team player - comfortable learning from others and mentoring less experienced team members what you know
Native Vietnamese speaker
