Your Role
As School Director, you will hold full operational responsibility for the Smiling Gecko Education Campus. You will lead and inspire a multicultural team of Cambodian and international educators, implement a high-quality and child-centred curriculum, and collaborate closely with internal and external education experts and advisors both locally and internationally. Employment will be with Smiling Gecko Cambodia.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and pedagogical leadership for all education levels: K-12.
- Provide strategic and academic leadership to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning.
- Ensure high academic and pedagogical standards aligned with international best practice and Cambodian curriculum requirements
- Oversee curriculum development, teacher training, and student well-being.
- Strengthen community engagement and collaboration with Smiling Gecko’s holistic programs.
- Lead and inspire a multicultural team of educators and staff.
- Represent the school to partners, donors, and the broader community.
- Oversee school operations, budgeting, HR planning, and organisational development
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment for students and staff
