Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide administrative support for the implementation of TVET programs and departmental activities.
- Maintain accurate records of trainee enrollment, attendance, assessments, certification, and other program documentation.
- Coordinate training schedules, classrooms, workshops, meetings, and related logistics.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and other administrative documents.
- Support the registration, orientation, graduation, and certification processes for trainees.
- Assist in maintaining training materials, office supplies, equipment inventories management, and workshop resources.
- Collect, compile, and update program data to support monitoring and reporting.
- Coordinate communication with trainees, trainers, suppliers, and external stakeholders regarding administrative matters.
- Updated monthly attendant list and maintain the attendant lists for reporting.
- Prepare and manage the TVET marketing material.
- Crossed check with trainees’ families in case their children are absent or any serious occurs
- Ensure proper filing and compliance with organizational policies and record management procedures.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the TVET Program Coordinator or TVET Manager.
