Job Purpose

The Impact & International Partnerships Manager plays a key role in supporting SE Thailand’s international collaboration, network building, and social enterprise ecosystem development. The role focuses on coordinating international projects, partnerships, and opportunities for the association and its members.

This position will work closely with the General Manager (GM) and internal teams to support international activities, projects, and partnerships that contribute to the global growth of Thai social enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

  1. International Coordination & Partnerships

● Support communication and coordination with international organisations, funders, universities, and overseas networks

● Identify and develop opportunities for partnerships, grants, activities, and international projects

● Build and maintain positive relationships with international partners and stakeholders

● Represent SE Thailand at international meetings, activities, and forums where appropriate

● Participate in social impact and international collaboration events and activities

  1. Member Support & Global Opportunities

● Support Thai social enterprise members in accessing international opportunities, activities, and programmes

● Facilitate connections between international partners and the association’s members and networks

● Coordinate members’ participation in regional and global activities, forums, and projects

● Support the hosting of international organisations, students, or study visits interested in Thailand’s social enterprise ecosystem

  1. Project Coordination & Reporting

● Coordinate projects involving international organisations and partners

● Support project implementation, communication, and stakeholder coordination ● Assist in preparing proposals, concept notes, and partnership documents

● Prepare activity reports, progress reports, and project summaries in Thai and/or English

● Monitor and maintain impact data from international activities and projects

● Ensure operations align with the association’s mission and strategic direction

  1. Team & Organisational Support

● Collaborate with and support the SE International Project Coordinator and internal teams

● Support the GM in organising activities, workshops, open houses, and social enterprise/sustainability events

● Assist with SE Thailand’s LinkedIn and international communications

● Share key insights and updates from international events with the communications team

● Support additional team responsibilities as required 5) Cross-border Project Risk Management

● Analyze and monitor risks associated with international projects, such as differences in context, culture, time zones, and donor requirements

● Develop mitigation plans and document lessons learned to improve future international project implementation

Profile

Qualifications

● Thai nationality required

● Bachelor’s degree in any field

● Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva

● At least 2-4 years’ experience in social impact, project coordination, partnerships, sustainability, NGOs, or related fields

● Strong communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

● Strong planning, organisational, and task management skills

● Detail-oriented, able to manage deadlines, and capable of handling multiple stakeholders simultaneously

● Able to work effectively in a flexible and collaborative small-team environment

● Experience in international project coordination, cross-border collaboration, NGOs, or international networks

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge or understanding of social enterprise, sustainability, the SDGs, or the social impact ecosystem

- Experience working with international organisations, NGOs, universities, or regional/global networks

- Proposal writing or report writing skills

- Public speaking or workshop facilitation skills
