Job Title and Summary: As a graphic designer, you will be part of the Visual Creative Services team where you will turn ideas, causes and campaigns into designs that move people to act. You will collaborate closely with team members to produce compelling, impactful, high-quality visual assets for the various departments within the Soi Dog Foundation that carry our mission into the world.

  1. Key Responsibilities: Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering project briefs, relevant information and design materials.
  2. Conceptualize and execute high-quality designs for external communications.
  3. Collaborates cross-functionally with team members and various departments within the organisation to fulfil ongoing asset requests.
  4. Work closely with other creatives on artistic direction, brainstorming and concepts.
  5. Translate strategic goals into visual concepts that communicate a clear, compelling message.
  6. Determine ideal design elements, by including colour theory, image selection and grid layouts.
  7. Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print assets.
  8. Present design concepts to senior staff and key stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
  9. Refines and polishes designs based on collaborative feedback from seniors, managers and team members to ensure the best result.
  10. Reviewing designs for formatting, typos and technical accuracy before printing or publishing.
  11. Organises daily priorities effectively to keep the projects moving forward smoothly.

Department and Supervisor: This position reports to the Visual Creative Services Manager under the supervision of the Senior Graphic Designer.

Profile

  1. Skills and Qualifications: Advanced experience in Adobe Creative Cloud. (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator especially)

  2. Experience with preparing both digital platforms (web, social) and physical print production.

  3. Minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional graphic design experience.

  4. The ability to clearly communicate the reasoning behind design choices.

  5. Comfortable sharing ideas and an open attitude toward feedback and design adjustments.

  6. A genuine passion for animal welfare and a strong commitment to supporting the mission of a not-for-profit organisation.

  7. Good attention to details

  8. Higher level of English writing and speaking.

  9. Able to communicate with all organisational departments and the team members.

  10. Desirable Skills and Experience:Experience with digital product design, UI/UX or wireframing tools like Figma or Sketch

  11. Familiarity with modern AI tools for creative brainstorming and asset generation.

Location: Soi Dog Foundation, Maikhao, Phuket Thailand

  • Benefits: Five-day work a week, 40 hours per week with two days off. Employee may start and finish work different times depending on their duties as directed by their manager.
