Description of the mission

Job Summary

The role focuses on facilitating, monitoring, and aligning deliverables from functional teams (e.g., Legal, Document Control, Engineering, Permitting, Finance) to ensure continuity from acquisition through project readiness. Contributing by tracking progress, surfacing issues early, and recommending solutions that keep projects on time, within budget, and compliant with internal and external requirements.

Requirements

  • Graduate of Engineering, Business/Management, or any equivalent Bachelor's Degree course
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to Apply!
  • Preferred: Experience in project management, land acquisition, real estate development, permitting, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and facilitate deliverables across functional teams (e.g., Legal, Document Control, Technical Services, Permitting)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to escalate issues and propose practical solutions
  • High degree of integrity, accountability, and ability to work under time-sensitive project environments
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools (knowledge of digital workflow tools is an advantage)
  • Must be willing to travel and be assigned to work in Makati City
