Description of the mission

The Project Execution Officer supports the Senior Project Execution Officer in ensuring the timely and successful delivery of approved projects. The role focuses on facilitating, monitoring, and aligning deliverables from functional teams (e.g., Legal, Document Control, Engineering, Permitting, Finance) to ensure continuity from acquisition through project readiness. The officer contributes by tracking progress, surfacing issues early, and recommending solutions that keep projects on time, within budget, and compliant with internal and external requirements.

Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Real Estate, or related field from a reputable university
  • Strong academic or professional credentials; advanced coursework or certifications in project management, real estate, or related disciplines is an advantage
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in land acquisition, real estate development, permitting, or related fields
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and facilitate deliverables across functional teams (e.g., Legal, Document Control, Technical Services, Permitting)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to escalate issues and propose practical solutions
  • High degree of integrity, accountability, and ability to work under time-sensitive project environments
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools (knowledge of digital workflow tools is an advantage)
  • Willing to be assigned to Makati Head Office with hybrid work arrangement
  • Willing to be sent out of office from time to time, as need
