- Track milestones and adjust plans as needed
- Manage and control project budgets effectively
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (technical, operations, sales, etc.)
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance
- Resolve conflicts and support team productivity
- Identify potential risks and issues
- Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans
- Proactively address project challenges
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders
- Provide regular updates to management and clients
- Ensure clear and consistent communication
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation
- Ensure all project records are properly stored and updated
