Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Executive to join our on-site team in Voat Phnum. The Sales Executive will engage with potential customers to promote solar energy solutions, develop and maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and generating leads, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent post-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Khmer is a plus
  • Knowledge of solar energy products and solutions or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly in the renewable energy industry
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
