Key Responsibilities
- Help the content development team to produce texts for quizzes and check the accuracy and quality of the language for each quiz
- Create, edit and revise customer-facing written materials, including social media posts, newsletters, campaign materials, or business-to-business presentation materials.
- Analyze latest social media trends to provide direction for our social media channels
- Create content plan for main social media channels
- Draft press releases
- Help the team write reports
- Collaborate with other teams, including management, product design, and engineering, to ensure cohesive branding and public relations. Includes requesting and integrating content submissions and ideas from collaborators across the team
