Purpose
The Digital Fundraising Unit Head is responsible to implement a strategic and integrated digital fundraising plan to most effectively generate leads, acquire, convert and retain donors through digital channels.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan and execute cost-efficient digital fundraising campaigns, conduct analysis, and craft effective fundraising appeals to acquire new donors. This includes all direct conversion, lead generation, and conversion campaign of the organization
- Continuously explore channels from the digital marketing mix, including email, SMS, social media, website, search engine optimization, display ads, re-targeting ads, influencer marketing, and any similar online activities that will ensure the increase in the numbers of new donors of the organization
- Provides some administrative support and manages important document filing of FDC team;
- Provides monthly accomplishment report and submits it to FDC Head
- Adheres to and upholds the standards and principles of Child Protection Policy and Code of Conduct to ensure the reputation of SOS as a child-care organization and in respect to all persons' fundamental rights
- Undertakes any other reasonable task that the FDC Director see fit for the smooth operation of the department
