WE’RE HIRING: Policy and Advocacy Officer

The Southeast Asia Regional Initiatives for Community Empowerment (SEARICE) is looking for a Policy and Advocacy Officer to help advance our mission of promoting farmers’ rights, agroecology, and sustainable agriculture across the region.

This role involves policy research and analysis, advocacy campaigns, and collaboration with farmers, NGOs, and policymakers to shape equitable and sustainable agricultural policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Policy, International Relations, Political Science, Development Studies, or Social Sciences
3–5 years of experience in policy advocacy, research, or related fields
Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
