Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for large scale renewable energy projects, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and vision.
- Coordinate and manage all related stakeholders in the entire project.
- Create and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor and report project progress, identify potential challenges and issues, and implement mitigation action steps to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Oversee all activities, including contract negotiations, vendor selection, and supplier management.
- Create a project reporting format, including dashboards, and oversee monthly reports, ensuring inputs from all levels of project management.
