Role Purpose
The Lead, Organization Design & Workforce Strategy is the technical architect responsible for translating the company’s strategic vision into actionable organizational structures and data-driven workforce plans. This role acts as a critical partner to the Head of HCBP, taking high-level business directions and converting them into precise functional designs, job architectures, and long-term talent roadmaps.
We are seeking a dynamic professional who brings a progressive and analytical perspective from a large, complex corporate background. You must be a clear Owner of your work, capable of taking a strategic brief and independently building the frameworks required to execute it. This is a role for a strategic translator who bridges the gap between executive vision and ground-level Human Capital execution.
