RoleThe Content & Social Media Manager applies their creativity, vision and good communication skills to help drive content strategy and learner engagement on the Starfish Labz digital platform and media channels.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Development

  • Plan and define content strategies in line with the organization's mission
  • Design and manage online courses and live learning programs
  • Create video scripts, worksheets, and quizzes
  • Check consistency with Starfish learning concepts (3R, PBL, STEAM Design Process, Future Skills)
  • Work with experts and media production teams to create quality, accessible content

2. Social Media Management

  • Plan strategy and create content for Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Create a content calendar and convert courses into posts that are appropriate for your target audience
  • Write captions and coordinate with the design team
  • Analyze follower data, report results, and present development guidelines
  • Take care of replies to comments/messages and build relationships with students

3. Platform & Community Engagement

  • Upload content, manage categories and check their display on the platform
  • Listen to user feedback and improve content
  • Work with the marketing team to launch new courses and campaigns
  • Participate in creating a manual for teachers and parents

➔ Profile

- Bachelor's degree in education, marketing, communications or related fields

- At least 3 years of experience in content, marketing or social media

- Writing and communication skills (Thai/English)

- Understand the design of microlearning courses and behavior of platform users

- Able to use planning and content analysis tools

- Experience working with a social enterprise or educational startup

- Experience using an LMS or online learning management systems

- Experience using social media analytics tools such as Meta Business, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio

- Have basic video editing or graphic design skills

- Ability to think strategically and manage plans well

- Creativity and ability to tell interesting stories

- Work systematically and pay attention to details

- Communicate clearly and work well with a team

- Flexible, ready to manage multiple projects simultaneously
