Description of the mission

Job Description

  • Build a strong understanding of each learner’s individual learning and working profile, and support them to grow in confidence, independence, life skills, and readiness for the future
  • Design and deliver learning and work experience sessions in line with the Steps approach, ensuring learning outcomes are clear, accessible, engaging, and relevant to trainees’ real lives and future pathways
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to plan sessions, create accessible resources, provide appropriate support and accommodations, and set meaningful individual goals with and for learners

Profile

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inclusive education, teaching, or supporting neurodivergent learners
  • Working proficiency in English communication skills
  • Skills in designing teaching resources (e.g., digital skills)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Inclusive education training
  • Experience working collaboratively with professionals
  • A degree in Inclusive Education, Disability Studies, Psychology, or a related field
