Description of the mission

Job Description

Build a strong understanding of each learner’s individual learning and working profile, and support them to grow in confidence, independence, life skills, and readiness for the future
Design and deliver learning and work experience sessions in line with the Steps approach, ensuring learning outcomes are clear, accessible, engaging, and relevant to trainees’ real lives and future pathways
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to plan sessions, create accessible resources, provide appropriate support and accommodations, and set meaningful individual goals with and for learners

Profile

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in inclusive education, teaching, or supporting neurodivergent learners
Working proficiency in English communication skills
Skills in designing teaching resources (e.g., digital skills)

Preferred Qualifications

Inclusive education training
Experience working collaboratively with professionals
A degree in Inclusive Education, Disability Studies, Psychology, or a related field
