Job Description
- Update pre-shipment, traffic, ETA checking
- Sync contract to Cargoo
- Update booking details on Cargoo ( for booking outside Cargoo)
- Check sync failed due to missing vessel code, port code
- Upload shipping dox, warehouse receipt, weight note, CMR, IMA, insurance dox, PUR, stock reconciliation
- Create samples, register samples result
- Do contract/ container matching
- Issue landing instruction, shipping advice, insurance certificate, UTZ, RFA sales announcement
- Draft payment instruction on Konsole
- Book PUR, issue sales invoice, free debit note/ credit note, bank/ warehouse release (for some specific cases only)
- Support certification audit (organic, FT,…)
