YOUR MISSION

As we strengthen our Commercial Team, we are seeking a dynamic Bid Manager (M/F)

who will operate remotely from the vibrant city of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Reporting to our Director for Asia Pacific and collaborating closely with our Head of Bid Unit in Brussels, Belgium, you will play a pivotal role in driving our commercial success across the vast Asia-Pacific region.

Your Mission Includes

Commercial missions

Monitor forthcoming projects .
Prepare pre -qualification documentation.
Oversee and orchestrate the preparation of comprehensive proposals, including administrative components.
Develop the necessary technical documentation.
Foster and manage strategic partnerships
You may also undertake necessary commercial missions in the Asia-Pacific regions to meet our clients and partners.

Production tasks

Validate proposal alignment with client specifications.
Identify and meticulously assess risks associated with each proposal and project, devising mitigation strategies.
Coordinate the preparation of technical and financial proposals.
Prepare preliminary tender budgets.
You will also carry out the internal formalities for the opening of new project, and actively participate in key meetings alongside Project Managers, Controllers and Partners.

Who We Are Looking For

YOUR PROFILE

Technical Abilities

Proficiency in English; fluency in a second and third language is a definite advantage.
A higher education degree, preferably from an engineering/business school or university ( Master's level).
A minimum of five years of professional experience in preparing proposals for international institutions such as the EU, EIB, AFD, WB, etc. You should be intimately acquainted with their project preparation procedures and methodologies (project cycle, log frame, etc.).
Familiarity with the unique expectations of institutional stakeholders (project owners, donors, etc.).
Field experience in development project implementation is a valuable asset.
