- Develop and execute operational strategies that align with Sungai Watch’s mission. Monitor progress and adapt plans as necessary to meet organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and partners. Promote Sungai Watch’s initiatives and drive community participation in environmental efforts.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to assess the effectiveness of operations. Prepare reports and present findings to senior management, making recommendations for improvements.
