Key Responsibilities

1. Partnership & Sponsorship Management

Manage and nurture corporate partnerships and sponsorships ranging from USD 10,000 to USD 300,000+, including international companies and global brands.
Serve as the main point of contact for partners throughout the lifecycle of the collaboration.
Ensure sponsorship agreements are delivered professionally and align with Sungai Watch’s mission and impact goals.
Coordinate internally with operations, communications, and finance teams to ensure proper execution of partnership commitments.

2. Partner Communication & Responsiveness

Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with partners via email and other channels.
Handle a high volume of inquiries, requests, and follow-ups from partners across different time zones.
Provide accurate information about Sungai Watch programs, impact reports, collaboration opportunities, and project updates.

3. Service Excellence

Deliver an exceptional partnership experience by ensuring responsiveness, clarity, and professionalism in all interactions.
Anticipate partner needs and proactively provide support, information, or solutions.
Maintain strong relationships that foster long-term partnerships and repeat sponsorships.

4. Partnership Coordination & Reporting

Support the preparation of partnership materials, presentations, and impact updates for sponsors.
Coordinate internal resources to ensure partners receive timely deliverables such as reports, media assets, and project updates.
Monitor partnership progress and ensure commitments are fulfilled according to agreements.

5. Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Environment

Operate effectively in a dynamic and fast-moving organization where priorities can evolve quickly.
Manage multiple partnerships simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and service quality.
Support the team in identifying opportunities to improve partnership processes and communication flow.

Profile

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, International Relations, Sustainability, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in partnerships, key account management, corporate relations, business development, sponsorship management, or client services, with increasing levels of responsibility.
Demonstrated experience managing international clients, global corporate partners, or multinational stakeholders is required. Experience working in a cross-cultural and international business environment is highly preferred.
Exceptional English proficiency (written and spoken) is essential. Candidates should be comfortable leading meetings, delivering presentations, negotiating, and maintaining professional correspondence with international partners.
Proven ability to independently manage a portfolio of high-value partners and coordinate multiple stakeholders while handling a high volume of communications and competing priorities.
Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the organization professionally to senior executives and external partners.
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
A genuine passion for environmental sustainability and a strong alignment with Sungai Watch's mission and values.
