Responsibilities:

· To accomplish the annual sales target by coaching, planning, implementing and

developing sales tasks.

· Forecast, analyze and set sales strategies to develop expected sales volume and profit to follow the company policy.

· Plan and execute sales strategy for expansion of our business into new clients.

· Maintain sales volume to existing and new client by provide the best products, price and solutions.

· Build and maintain the good relationship between company and existing/new client.

· Source and present the new client projects to top management.

· Survey and analyze the market trends and competitors for more effective strategies.

· Review and approve all quotations included product details and conditions of each customers’ requirements.

· Control and monitor the delivery schedule to client as planned.

· Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile.

· Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.

· Prepare monthly sales report to management.

· Perform others tasks as assigned.

Profile

Experience:

· 3 years in a sale and/or BD role. A proven record of growing a portfolio of new clients; with success in closing new business.

· Previous experiences in renewable energy, PV/BESS industrial segments preferred

· Business acumen and able to learn and understand technical and product aspects of solar/BESS solutions

· Ability to acquire new business and consult of solutions.

· Attributes in influencing key stakeholders. Comfortable working in multi-cultural environments

· Proactive and result-driven
