PV & Energy Storage Solution Engineer

With the rapid growth of the renewable energy market in Thailand and Southeast Asia, we are looking for a professional and driven PV & Energy Storage Solution Engineer to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales technical support for PV and BESS projects in Thailand
Design system solutions based on customer requirements, including system configuration, capacity calculation, yield analysis, and technical documentation
Prepare technical proposals for tenders, including SLDs, equipment selection, and technical specifications
Support the sales team in technical presentations, customer meetings, and solution clarification
Participate in technical discussions, grid compliance confirmation, and local standard alignment
Coordinate with HQ technical teams for customized project solutions
Monitor Thailand’s grid regulations and renewable energy policies, providing technical insights and market analysis

Profile

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or related fields
Minimum 3 years of experience in PV or BESS system design / technical support
Strong understanding of inverter technology, energy storage architecture, and system integration
Familiar with Thailand grid codes and renewable project processes is a plus
Good command of English (technical communication and documentation required)
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
Willingness to travel for project support
