Urban Farm Assistant Job Scope :
1. Undergo and exposure to all phase hands-on indoor farm operations including germination, transplanting, harvesting, packaging, quality control checks, delivery, R&D Trial, IPM and farm maintenance.
2. Planting, monitoring, harvesting and packaging crops in controlled environments (Indoor farm).
3. Maintaining optimal conditions for plant growth, including growing area, temperature, humidity, light, and nutrient levels.
4. Implementing integrated pest management (IPM) strategies to control pests and diseases in a controlled environment.
5. Participating in or assisting with research projects to improve indoor farming practices.
6. Testing and implementing new technologies or growing techniques.
7. Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
8. Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth farm operations.
