Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Events:
- E-commerce fullfilment & Inventory Management for all retail stores
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of events, including workshops, promotional booths at exhibitions, farmer's markets, pharmacies and retail supermarkets etc.
- Assist in developing event concepts, themes, creative customer engagement activities and agendas that align with the company’s marketing objectives and brand identity.
- In-charge of event setup, execution, teardown and manage event logistics, including vendor registration, coordination with partners, sales record and budget management.
- Collect and analyze feedback from events to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Marketing:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and email.
- Help create engaging and relevant content for marketing materials, including presentation decks, blog posts, social media posts, and website updates.
